Request for Qualifications for Design Services for the Dillon Road Bridge Replacement and Road Widening Project

The Tribe intends to finance the Project with federal, State of California, and local funds, including funds provided by the Federal Highway Transportation Administration (FHW) Highway Bridge Program (HBP) and Congressionally Directed Spending appropriations administered by Caltrans and Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funding programs require that certain state and federal requirements apply to the Agreement for the Work. The Tribe will act as the designated recipient for any federal funds made available for the Project.

Invasive Plant Removal and Disposal

The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is a federally recognized tribe located in southern California. The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians (the Tribe) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to remove invasive plants (hand clearing, root plowing, and chipping), process the usable woody biomass into mulch, distribute the mulch, transport the unusable material off-site for disposal, and document pre- and post-treatment conditions including acres treated and GIS shapefiles. The project site consists of approximately 314 acres in Thermal, California. Upon submission of a non-disclosure agreement, a map and images of the site, and an accompanied site visit are available.
